We are heartbroken over the tremendous loss of life after the mass shooting in Las Vegas yesterday. There are so many feelings and emotions and it can be so hard to put them into words. It is even harder when our children begin to ask questions about things like this. So how do we gently tell them that the world can be a scary place?
